These terms and conditions are applicable for both who visits our website and leave without performing any transaction and to those who register themselves and do the transaction.
The company reserves the right to modify or terminate any section of website, product or service of the website without any prior notice and without liability to you or any third party. We request you to please visit our website for any update or change. Nothing in these Terms of Use should be construed to confer any rights to third party beneficiaries.
Miorola "www.miorola.com" is in the business of selling diamond jewellery, gemstone jewellery and gold jewellery, gold coin, silver coin and another semi-precious stone.
General
1. While using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or you have at least the authority and or consent of your parents / guardians to do so.
2. In the terms and conditions stated below, the words; ‘we’ and ‘us’ refers to ‘Miorola.com’, wherein ‘You’ refers to the individual placing the order.
3. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any given point in time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the site and the same will be notified with updated dates in the title. It becomes your sole responsibility to visit them.
4. Your continued use of the website would indicate your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
5. The images displayed on the website may not show the actual size of the products. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are for guidance only.
6. We guarantee that the diamonds will not fall-off your jewellery at any given point in time, however there are chances of them (diamonds) being dislodged due to rough handling and routine usage. We therefore, recommend you to fully insure your diamond jewellery since loss of diamonds is not covered under our guarantees.
Registration
Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. Guest checkouts will be provided with a user account on completion of purchase.
To register onto the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address and customer verification question (example: your mother's maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes.
Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login/sign into his / her account.
Order
Orders placed on www.miorola.com will be subject to acceptance of product at stated price in accordance with the terms and conditions. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order with order detail. However, This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order for the following reason.
1.Payment not authorized;
2.Partial payment pending;
3.Products out of stock;
4.Error on the website with respect the stated price amount;
5.Order being cancelled.
A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit debit card or other payment method. On acceptance, we will send you an order acknowledgement which will have all your order details and payment detail agreed by you at the time of placing the order.
Order Cancellation
Order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placed, by email to our customer care id services@miorola.com from the registered id or make a call on our phone number displayed on website
Payment
The Company offers multiple payment options to Members on the Website:
a) Online Payment: Members can make online payments using his / her debit, credit card, UPI, NetBanking and Wallets; All major credit cards and debit cards like Master Card, Maestro, Visa and American Express are accepted by us. You can also place an order over the phone by calling on our number
The prices shown are inclusive of Taxes (GST), Packaging and Delivery charges.
Products are not shipped until and unless complete payment is received for the order placed through Miorola website or on the above number.
The Company will order the diamond and/or jewellery only after realization of the payment.
Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy based on our return policy the refund will be credited to you.
Pricing
The prices stated on the Website may be higher or lower than the actual prices in the retail markets. All pricing information available on the Website must be used only as a general guideline for diamond prices. While this Website is designed to provide most accurate diamond pricing information, the information about the diamonds does not provide an appraisal or guarantee of value, nor does it give suggestions or recommendation of any sort for buying or selling diamonds. All grading and pricing are subjective methods of analysis and no guarantee is made or liability assumed as to the accuracy or validity of the information provided by the Service or the expertise of those providing information via the Service.
Shipping and Delivery
Free Insured Shipping is applicable to all the products displayed on the Miorola website and the dispatch dates for the order would be mentioned and clarified at the time of placing the order.All the efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the products within the stipulated and communicated timescale; however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. The Member has to specify the address and details of the person who will collect the shipment at the time of purchase. At the time of placing the order, the Member has to state the full name of the recipient as stated in his / her government approved photo identification. At the point of delivery the recipient, to collect the physical product, will have to provide any one of the following government approved photo identification card:
1) Driver’s License;
2) Permanent Account Number (PAN) card;
3) Voters Identification card; or
4) Passport.
Delivery shall be made by the courier agent only after the photo and name of the recipient are verified and confirmed. To ensure the safe and secure delivery of the package the courier agent will also note down the details of the government photo identification. The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required and valid copies of his / her government approved photo identification.
In case the Member wants any other person to receive the delivery on his behalf he/she must specify details of the same at the time of order placement. All items shall be delivered directly to the person as specified at the time of placing the order. The recipient details cannot be changed under any circumstances once the order is processed.
The shipping address can be changed after the order has been placed, but only before the item is shipped. For this, the Member has to call at customer service number of the company.
Insurance
Only transit insurance shall be provided by the Company and it shall be valid only until the time of delivery.
Certificate 100% Certified
All Diamonds Jewellery will be accompanied by individual certificates. The certificate will be from a third-party laboratory.
The diamonds in the Jewellery / Mounts will not be individually certified unless expressly mentioned at the time of purchase. The Jewellery will be certified either by a third-party laboratory or by the Company depending on the value of the Jewellery.All the products are hallmarked by the government agencies.
Usage of promotional schemes by the Company.
a) The Company has the right to refuse the usage of any promotional scheme at any point in time. Expired Promotional scheme cannot be used on the Website.
b) The Company can at any time ask the Member for the proof of having received the promotional scheme.
c) Promotional schemes can be used only on specific orders/items/specific date and occasions as deemed fit by the Company.
d) Promotional schemes cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/offer running on the website.

Special orders cannot be returned. Special return conditions apply to such special orders and you agree to a non-refundable payment.
Special orders are items which are not displayed on the website and are ordered by giving a sketch or a diagrammatic presentation to Miorola.
Jewellery which is engraved, pierced (earrings) or jewellery which was of the wrong dimensions at the time of ordering are not accepted for returns.
Any coins/bars (Gold or Platinum or Silver) ordered from Miorola website will not be applicable for any returns or refund.
Every product apart from the ones mentioned above can be returned for a complete refund within the stipulated time frame mentioned at the time of placing the order and based on our return policy.
Any Diamond which has fallen of any ornament (such as ring, necklace, bracelet, etc) or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to get the Jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishap. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify Miorola for any defect or damage, if found any. You may also contact us on our number or email us at services@miorola.com
The return would be FREE if the item falls under the 30 Days Exchange or Money-Back Policy. A small shipment fee would be charged for returns under Life-time Exchange and Buy-Back Policy. (Please read our policy document to know more on product eligibility)
Note: We advise you to contact us before a return order request is placed. Also, please go through our Exchange/Return Procedure to know more on the same. In any case, if the return is handled by you, please return your purchase via recognized couriers or dispatch companies and insure the package for the full amount of the purchase. We shall not be responsible for damage or lost package during shipment.

Liability
a) We ensure timely delivery of the products, but in an event where we cannot deliver the products due to some unforeseen events out of our control, in such a case we shall strive to contact you in order to reschedule the delivery time. Miorola does not warrant or guarantee the delivery date specified in the order confirmation and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of failure of timely delivery.
b) Miorola’s total liability will be limited ‘only’ to the total price of the products ordered by you.
c) Miorola does not bear any liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising from any breach of any express or implied guarantee. This includes financial loss, personal injury, sickness and death.
d) Miorola does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design, if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third person, who is not authorized by Miorola.
